Pumpset

Customer Requirements:

We were asked to design and build a pumpset for a food company at their site in Lockerbie. The pumpset was to be used for filler cleaning and capable of supplying rinse, dilute detergent and dilute disinfectant. For installation purposes it had to be designed so that it could be split into five sections.

Work Carried Out:

We manufactured the five different sections which could be transferred separately to their desired location and then once in place assembled together. Building it as a whole piece was not realistic as access was tight and couldn’t exceed 1m in width. We were involved in delivering each section to the site in Lockerbie.

We will have to move each skid into position in the chemical room and then reinstall once in position to make a singular pumpset. This can also replace the filler cleaning thumbnail in what we do.
